DAY 1: YANGON ARRIVAL & EVENING SIGHTSEEING
  • Arrival Yangon by international flight.
  • Meeting and assistance on arrival by your guide and transfer to the hotel.
  • Evening, visit Shwedagon Pagoda. Shwedagon Pagoda rises 326ft (99.3m) above its base. Erected more than 2600 years ago and enshrining eight hairs of Buddha placed in a treasure chamber deep under its base. It is the highest symbol of the people's devotion to Buddha. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

DAY 2: YANGON-BAGAN (BY AM FLIGHT) & BAGAN SIGHTSEEING
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel & transfer to the airport to board flight for Bagan.
  • Arrive at Bagan and hotel check-in. Bagan on the banks of the Ayerwaddy River is home to the largest area of Buddhist temples, pagodas, stupas and ruins in the world, many dating to the 11th and 12th centuries. The shape and construction of each building is highly significant in Buddhism with each component part taking on spiritual meaning.
  • Afternoon, visit Nyaung U Local Market and Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawratha but not completed until the reign of Kyansitthar.
  • Then, visit Kyansithar Umin, long dimly lit corridors decorated with frescoes and Ananda Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bagan built by King Kyansitthar.
  • Continue to visit MyinkabaGuByaukGyi Temple with mural paintings, then to Manuha Temple which houses four immense Buddha images and Myinkaba lacquer ware village to see the manufacturing stages.
  • Enjoy the sunset boat on Ayarwaddy River for about one hour.
  • Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

>DAY 3: BAGAN FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Start for highlight sightseeing in Bagan.
  • Visit Min Nan Thu village and PayaThonzu worth for seeing its 13th century mural painting,Dhammayazika Pagoda, pentagonal pagoda similar to Shwezigon with lovely views from its highest terrace and Law Ka Nanda Pagoda with lots of benches for wide open view of the Ayeyarwady River.
  • Afternoon, visit Seinnyet NYIMA AHMA pagoda, Nanbaya, Mingalazedi Pagoda.
  • Visit DhamayangyiTemple, huge brick red temple built by King Narathu.
  • Then, visit Sulamani Temple, a beautiful majestic structure built by King NarapatiSithu.
  • Evening view sunset fromPyathatgyi Temple.
  • Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

DAY 4: BAGAN-MT.POPA-BAGAN SIGHTSEEING
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, start for trip to Mt. Popa. Mt. Popa is about 30 miles (50km) from Bagan. Mt. Popa or PopaTaungKalut is 2417ft (737m) standing apart from higher forested mountain, looks like a tower. The mountain was shaped out of a volcano that may have erupted some 250000 years ago. The 25 minutes climb steep and stiff. It gets cooler as you get higher and views are fantastic.
  • On the way, visit jaggery (palm sugar) production huts.
  • Then, return back to Bagan and enjoy sunset at Shwe San DawTemple.
  • Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

DAY 5: BAGAN-HEHO (BY AM FLIGHT) &PINDAYA-INLE LAKE SIGHTSEEING
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel & transfer to the airport to board domestic flight to Heho.
  • Arrive at Heho and you are now in the Shan State. Agreeable climate 800 meter above sea level. 
  • Drive to Pindaya and visit Pindaya Caves, which enshrine thousands of Buddha images of all sizes of wood, stone, marble and bronze, some are richly covered with gold leaf. The caves are believed to contain over 8000 images.
  • Then, proceed to NyaungShwe and on the way, photo stop at Shwe Yan Pyay old wooden monastery, pagoda and museum.
  • Take a short boat trip on Inle Lake to reach the hotel.
  • Sightseeing by boat on the beautiful Inle Lake home to Inthar national race, many of whom live in stilted houses built over the water. Inle Lake is second largest lake in Myanmar, stretches 11 miles (17.7 km).
  • On the boat trip, you will visit the market places, floating villages and floating gardens, silk & lotus stem weaving.
  • You can also see Inthar technique of leg-rowing where one leg is wrapped around the paddle to drive the boat and also their traditional way of fishing.
  • Back to hotel by boat.
  • Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.
  • Meals included: Breakfast
DAY 6: INLE-INDEIN-INLE (BY BOAT) &INLE LAKE SIGHTSEEING
  • Wake up early in the morning.
  • Take a boat trip to Indein located on western bank of the Lake.
  • Visit Indein pagoda complex and nearby village of Pa-O hill tribes.  Indein is on the western banks of Inle Lake. The village is not on the lake but can be reached via a short and enjoyable boat ride through irrigation canals. It is an archaeological site worthy to visit where hundreds of Shan style ruined pagodas stand on slop of a hill. Some of the pagodas dated back to 17th and 18th centuries.
  • Then, return back to Inle and visit the famousPhaungDawOo Pagoda andNgaPheKyaung Monastery (also known as cat jumping monastery), one of the oldest monasteries on the lake to see ancient Buddha images.
  • Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.
  • Meals included: Breakfast
DAY 7: INLE LAKE – SAGAR – PHEKHONE (BY BOAT) & PHEKHONE - LOIKAW (BY CAR)
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, start a boat trip to Sagar. The boat trip was fabulous: the mountains on either side, the villages and the activities of villagers bathing, rowing their canoes, water buffaloes and cattle bathing in water, big wooden monasteries, wooden and bamboo houses in all different villages as we passed on.
  • Continue to Sagar across the Sagar Lake to visit rice liquor making place at Thar-yar-gone village, had lunch there and took a walk through village to get to jetty.
  • Arrive at the ancient city of Sagar. This old city from 17th century was flooded and abandoned due to the construction of a dam downstream. There are some 50 different pagodas and temples here built by Shan nobilities. Take a short walk among temple ruins and viewed some beautiful Buddha images.
  • Then, take an hour boat trip to Phekhone through the Phekhone Lake.
  • Arrive at Phekhone and continue to Loikaw by car.
  • Arrive at Loikaw and transfer to hotel for check-in.
  • Overnight at hotel in Loikaw.
  •  Meals included: Breakfast
DAY 8: LOIKAW SIGHTSEEING
  • After breakfast at hotel, start trip to Panpet village to see Padaung Tribe (Long Necked Women) and to study their way of living.  Padaung women(Kayan Ethnic), known as ‘giraffe women’ or ‘long-necked women’, traditionally wear the great many brass rings around their necks and ankles, starting from the age of six or seven, and added each year.  The original purpose was to repel prospective kidnappers.  Nowadays only elderly women still wear these rings, as the younger generation no longer follows the tradition.
  • Then back to Loikaw and proceed to Chit Kal village, to see Banner’s Post of Kayah People.
  • After that, go and visit to study Kayah traditional weaving centre.
  • Late afternoon, back to Loikaw and visit Thimingalar Pagoda (TaungKweZedi) and to observe the beautiful sunset from the hill top.
  • Overnight at hotel in Loikaw.
  •  Meals included: Breakfast
DAY 9: LOIKAW – YANGON (BY AM FLIGHT) & YANGON SIGHTSEEING

(Please note: There are flights on some days of a week, not daily between LoiKaw and Yangon, please check with our travel consultant to custom-make the appropriate schedule for your trip)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to airport to board flight for Yangon.
  •  Arrive at Yangon and start the sightseeing in Yangon.
  • Drive to downtown and photo stop near Sule Pagoda & Mahabandoola Public Park to study Yangon Colonial style buildings.
  • Then, transfer to Yangon Railway Station.
  • Board the local ‘circular train’ which runs from Yangon’s main railway station in a circle around various neighborhoods in town and on the outskirts of town. The slowly traveling train gives you unique opportunity to enjoy observing the lively and colorful life of the rural Burmese people.
  • Enjoy watching the activity on the train as well as outside as it passes through local neighborhoods and alongside markets.
  • Disembark after 20-30 minutes in Kyimyintdein.
  • Meet and greet with your local Trishaw Transporter.
  • Transfer to Bagayar Banana and Coconut Jetty to see local ways of life by Trishaw. Porters unload coconuts from a riverboat on the banana jetty. They unload the coconuts by throwing each coconut from the boat to a waiting truck on the shore. The "banana jetty" is on the Yangon River north of central Yangon on Strand Road. Bananas, coconuts and other fruit are brought in here from upcountry, sold and reshipped to other parts of Myanmar (Burma).
  • In the evening, walk around the Strand Road Night Market with a variety of street food and shops. It is the opportunity to see “the real Yangon”.
  • Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

DAY 10: YANGON DEPARTURE
  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast, visit Bogyoke Aung San Market or Scott Market (closed on Monday and gazatted holidays) to buy souvenirs.
  • Transfer to Yangon airport to board the international flight.
  • Meals included: Breakfast
